The cost of a storage space is $100 per month.
All storage spaces are the same size at 3.3 metres wide and being able to host up to 11 metre long vehicles.

You are not permitted to store hazardous, dangerous, illegal, or environmentally harmful items, including explosive or combustible goods.
This also covers items such as gas bottles, petrol and petrol canisters, oils, solvents, and drugs or substances associated with illegal activities.

You can store your vehicle for as long as you need. As long as you continue to pay for the storage, the space remains yours for an indefinite period.

Yes, you will need to book your storage space, as spaces may not always be available, especially during busy periods.
By letting us know your needs ahead of time, we can ensure a hassle-free and secure experience. Reserving a space is free, and if we have availability, you can even move in the same day.

Insurance for your vehicle and contents is your responsibility, as we cannot assess the value of your goods. If your items are valuable enough to store, they are likely worth insuring.
As part of the agreement, you are required to ensure that you have adequate insurance while using our storage facility.

We are located at 9 Roe Street, Levin, offering easy and direct access from both State Highway 1 and State Highway 57.

If it has wheels, we can store it! From motorhomes and caravans to vehicles, trailers, boats, campers, mini-vans, and floats – just ask us!

The minimum storage period is one month. While you’re not required to store for the full month, the first month's rent is non-refundable.

We require a 14-day notice if you plan to vacate your site. If you’ve prepaid for a period beyond the first month, you’ll receive a refund for the unused days.
Your bond will be refunded via direct credit after an inspection of the vacant site.

To begin the lease, you’ll need to sign a Lease Agreement and provide current ID, address, and contact details.
The first month’s rent must be paid upfront, along with a $25.00 refundable bond, as outlined in our T&Cs.
We also require a copy of your insurance policy, including the vehicle owner’s name, address, insurer details, and policy date.

When storing your vehicle with us, we require proof of ownership, and it is the customer’s responsibility to ensure their vehicle is properly insured.
Please note that your vehicle is not automatically insured while in storage. We recommend arranging insurance coverage to protect your property during its stay with us.
